Error code

  • I'm being shown support code 9009-2101/2201 or 9010-2101/2201.

Other issues

  • (iOS) The app crashes/cannot play tracks after I changed devices.
  • (Android) Tracks cut in and out or have noise during playback on certain devices.
  • Tracks stop 2 seconds after I hit play/I can't download tracks on my Android device.
  • (iOS) The next track does not automatically play when using AirPlay® on some Apple products
