Tracks that have been downloaded will expire if you have gone offline for an extended period of time. If the track has expired, you will be shown support code 9009-2101/2201 or 9010-2101/2201.
If you receive either of these support codes, please try the following:
• For iOS
Launch the app while your device is connected to the Internet, then leave the app running in the foreground for around 30 minutes.
*Allowing your device to go into sleep mode or any other action that makes this app run in the background will disrupt this process.
• For Android
Launch the app while your device is connected to the Internet, then leave the app running for around 30 minutes.
*During this time, it is okay to use other apps and let this app run in the background.
