Follow the steps below to ask questions and check for responses.
Creating a Help Ticket

Visit an FAQ page regarding any question you have.

Select "contact us" at the bottom of the page where it reads, "If the problem persists: contact us."

Sign in with your Nintendo Account.

Select a contact category on the contact form and enter any relevant information.

Click Send at the bottom of the form.
Nintendo Music users should sign in with the Nintendo Account linked to their Nintendo Switch Online membership.
Checking Responses
A notification will be sent to the email address registered to your Nintendo Account when there is a response.
Please check the answer by clicking the link provided in the email.
If you cannot access the notification sent to the email address specified, responses can also be accessed by following the steps below.
- Sign in with the Nintendo Account used to submit the help ticket.
- Press the () icon next to the Logout button.
- Click the link on My Requests.
