  • Please log in with the same Nintendo Account you are using to play the game you are contacting us about.
  • By sending an inquiry or feedback to our support, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Nintendo Account End User License Agreement.
  • Child accounts will not be able to make inquiries or send feedback as child accounts do not have email addresses.
  • If you need to send an inquiry or feedback about a child account's use of the service on their behalf, please get consent from the child account owner that their information, such as play data, can be shared with you.
  • In case subjected child account age is Above 16 years old, we can not accept inquiry by you. Please update the child account to general account by registering email address of their own and request them to reach out to us directly from the account owner.
  • If an account owner is to reach out to us by themselves, they can change to a regular Nintendo Account by registering their own email address once a child reaches a certain age with the parent account's consent.
